LVO has sent me a response to the CSE my consultant has sent 2 days back, it's generic though..One thing i noticed MCH has replied this time instead of NMP.

"Background checks are outstanding and these may take several months to complete. We will advise further when in a position to do so.

I think they are all program assistants, in my case NMP used to rply earlier..now MCH did.

what is the difference b/w MCH and NMP...I've got a reply signed by LBM.. what does that refer to?.

it is abbreviation of the visa officer name who is handling your case. Mine was also LBM, a truly professional lady, prompt in relying. Based upon my experience with her I can say that you are in good hands, cheers
