Dear friends, I'm really frustrated, worried and upset of the processing of my case..nothings seems to be moving...my consultant has sent a CSE to LVO in mid of November but no reply received yet, also today he has sent them another CSE asking for a status update..lets wait and see
LVO! ..when you will be sending me medicals ?? Please!!

Dear toothfairy..I feel your pain as I'm in a similar situation as you.. keep wondering what's going on with our case.. except that my lawyer had asked for an update last month and we received a response saying my file is waiting for further review and it will not be for quite some time yet..i just don't know how long the wait is going to be.. coming to two yrs in april this yr since applied...thinking of getting the gcms notes.. but I don't have much information about that procedure.. can only hope for the best n pray in the coming days we'll get a positive response

Toothfairy I can very well imagine the agony as we all have at some point thought that when will I get the good news.I am no expert but can analyse in comparison to my time line.It took about 16 months from request for updated documents till MR so you gotta wait a bit more and I pray you get mr much sooner.Please don't be down.
Allah will help us all to get to desired destination.Try to get gcms notes.
Aw910, I had asked my consultant to get gcms notes for me and she did without any charge.So ask yours to do it on your behalf.
Much,I do believe when they say that b.ground checks are on.Please get Gcms notes,you'd have a much better picture of whats causing the delay.

talking of my experience with LVO, I was told that I will only be sent MR once my BC are over. But in some cases I have noticed that MR was sent while BC were still underway. And keep in mind that after this start security checks, and at times that also is pretty time consuming. Bottom line is that there are no hard and fast rules with regards to BC and SC, but once you got the MR simply means that you are almost through, just a matter of time, cheers

Now is this is an indication that the MR is forthcoming ?if yes, then a rough idea on how long before i get it. If not, then what exactly does this represent.

Following were the documents and the forms i was asked to resend.

- IMM0008
- New Schedule A Background/ Declaration forms
- New Additional Family Information forms IMM5406
- Copy of the passport bio- data page
- Updated original police certificates
- Proof of settlement funds

Would really appreciate the replies . cheers.

bro you are very close to receiving MR, cuz in my case it took almost four months after this for MR to come, Good luck
