Dear seniors

I am planning to land on August 2013 and to stay there for 10 -15 days. PERMAENNAT STAY WILL BE AFTER 1 YEAR. IS THERE ANY MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED FOR GETTING THE PR CARD.?
My aunty is settled in Calgary and I am planning to give her address in the airport for receiving the PR card. With this PR card can I enter Canada next year ?

Also as per my COPR my destination is Toranto . But I am planning to land in Calgary. Is it possible?
