All required document & medial is submitted dt 26.9.12
Medical has been received shown on ecas
Rprf fee dd encashed dt 6.10.12
Afterthat no update of my application till march 13
Then enquery mail sent to ndvo
After two months nadvo reply all required document recd no action required from your end your application pending for visa officer review
Now after one months ndvo verify my employment detail through phone call tht day I am on leave& reception guy just join in my company, he confirm to ndvo Idont know myself. & not working in this company that negtive feedback from my company reject my file or given time to justify myself

You think its possible after medical & rprf dd encashed ndvo verify elployment detail

How could it happend??? after encashing your PPR they vary your employment????? it is strange...

Canadian Diplomats Around the World Walk Off Job In Strike AGAIN

Canadian diplomats stationed in 12 missions around the world walked off the job on Thursday in a dispute with the federal government over compensation.

The diplomats are members of the the Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO), a union and professional association representing foreign service officers working for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) and Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

PAFSO is demanding a wage increase, saying its members are paid less than other employees of the federal government. The Globe and Mail provides an example of the difference in division salary schedules that PAFCO is protesting:

For example, an experienced foreign service officer on the level-2 pay scale makes about $83,000 a year, which would increase to about $87,000 under the Treasury Board offer, Mr. Edwards said. That would still be about $11,000 less than the salary of employees at the same level in the commerce division.

A spokesman for the federal government disputed the claim in a response to the Globe and Mail, saying foreign service officers receiver other benefits that bring their total compensation up to the level of other public servants:

Mr. Conway added that foreign service officers receive additional benefits, including partial reimbursement for dry cleaning, help in shipping household belongings, a vehicle abroad and an incentive allowance for working outside the country.

Foreign service officers abroad can receive a “foreign service premium” of $6,600 to $31,300, depending on their seniority and the number of dependants accompanying them on a posting. A smaller, post-specific allowance is meant to help diplomats with the cost of travel.

The walk-off puts the federal government in a difficult spot, as much of its foreign operations, including Prime Minister Stephen Harper's upcoming trip to Europe for the G8 summit, are dependent on foreign support staff.

Also affected will be visa and permanent resident application processing in large Canadian visa offices, including the ones based in China and India.

Dear bro that was a quick and smooth positive process Mashallah. In my opinion you should get your PPR any time now but may be they will send you next month in July. As after medicals it only takes 4-6 months for PPR. This is my calculation, wait for other's comments. No worries brother Inshallah all will be well.

I believe you will be hearing from them within a month or two. I received a similar response to a CSE sent a few weeks ago. When I asked them for a specific time period, they sent the following reponse:

"We hope that the review of your file will be complete within the next 1-2 months. We will be in contact with further information once this review is complete. "

You are almost there. Just a few more month of patience.

Why don't you fill in your timelines using the your profile page. It will save you typing this out again and will be easier for all to read.

Regarding your query it does seem strange that they are verifying employment after medical. I would send an email asking for clarification. Good luck.
