Hello Friends,
Here is my story. Its not very charming.

I went to my DMP early this morning without any appointment. But the doc was very helpful and supportive. She opened the sealed letter straightway. LVO asked for
1. Further chest Xray as they are not too sure one thing. And it has to be one in November'2012 and another one in Feb'2013. They want to compare and make sure that I dont have TB.
2. Sputume Culture Test. My DMP said I cant do this test because I dont produce any cough
3. Providing CXR which is more than 6 months older,

Option 1 & 2 takes longer than 6 months to complete and I dont want to wait that long. I am trying to collect my old CXR which might be very helpful. But i would very lucky if I can manage that.

Another option is to do Mantoux Skin test but VO did not mention this test in the letter. So I sent an email today for seeking their advice whether they accept or not. So fingers crossed. Normally this test takes a week to complete.

By the way my DMP said I definitely dont have TB. Even My whole family and relatives dont carry any TB. I have never seen a TB patient in my life.
Does any one have any idea ? please share. Am I doing the right thing? Does LVO accept Mantous skin test?

This forum is very supportive and I am very grateful because i at least managed to make some true friends. May Allah bless all of us.
Sabu79 don't tense yourself.Just go for the tests they asked for.I am sure all will be okay.Good luck.

You should get your employer to write a letter explaining that all this was discussed with the HRSDC and if they are not happy with their decision on the AEO they need to take this up with the HRSDC as this is their job.

The VO's only reason for rejecting an AEO can be simply becuase they do not think your work experience means you do not fit the role.

It is the job of the HRSDC to ensure that the job offer is genuine and not fraudulent. You can't expect your employer to jump through the same hoops you have to.

When we got MR we were also ask for updated forms. I think they just want to check if there's been any chances since you fist applied. If there's no changes just complete the forms again and make sure there is NO gaps (in the dates) when you complete your forms, especially schedule A. Sign with updated date and send back to LVO asap. Do not photocopy the forms you sent because I think they wanna see an updated signature and date at the bottom of the form.

Regarding the employment letter...I think Mr. E or the more seniors members would be able to advise you better...

Good luck!!!!
