sorry brother....its all pseudo medical advises which r totally non factual.how;
1-drinking plenty of water has no role in reducing the so called toxins(dont knw where did u get these toxins info for medical examination).if u have raised blood urea or ammonia which is seen in renal and liver failure,water can help?new info for me.moreover they dont check for any hidden toxins in ur body.
2-if a person has behaviour disturbance Or any serious psychiatric illness then whatever u teach him,cannt hide from a qualified doctor.so one just needs to behave the natural way he is.
3-urine examination is only for protein,blood and sugar and thats it.
4-blood is examined only for HIV and shphilis.hepatitis A,B is not even tested.no TB test from blood(even if u have TB on x ray it will b confirmed on sputum smear for culture,AFB,repeat x ray after 3months and a chest physician evaluation).
5-heavy smoking causes lung fibrosis?...(a new discovery which needs to b published in some medical journal).
6-its not "better" to take ur glasses with u if u use power glasses,its rather "must" to take them with u so ur corrected vision with glasses could b checked.
ur post shows if going for medical examination is going some battle field,well prepared.
relax.its just an examination for some inadmissible conditions like TB,HIV,SYPHILIS(its treatable though),SOME SERIOUS CHRONIC ILLNESSES.
and if GOD forbids u have any of these conditions drinking water will never help.go for med check in a normal relax way.u cannt help ur self by any trick or tip.
when i went for my med check i had a very buzy day in hospital and couldnt drink more than two glasses of water.my urine was dark yellow but didnt make any difference.coz protiens appear in urine in renal failure(renal failure if acute needs sever volume depletion to be caused).
pus cells indicate urinary infection which is NOT inadmissibility to any country.
all i want to say is that every one going medical needs to just take it easy.
plz no hard feelings.i didnt mean to taunt.its just that i disagree on medical grounds and facts.
