Hi shazad, you mean your having the same problem also?
Not the same as still i m waitng for MR but my passport is going to expire on Sept 2012 for which they advise me renew it ASAP.

Re-post
With the MR, LVO also asked to submit some documents and one of it is ''payslips for my Job at Bangladesh and tax return documents regarding this''.
The problem is my employee hadn't gave any monthly payslips and my income was under taxable. I am confused which type of document should i submit regarding payslip? Please shear if you know something related this.

I am thinking to send the following documents:
1. my original appointment letter showing the salary+allowance etc...
2. A letter from the office showing the salary amount was directly sent to the bank account XXXXX and also mentioning that this salary is below taxable amount according to Bangladesh law (Act:XXXX)
3. An extract from the bank from the start of my job where it can be found each month my salary was getting in.
Please let me know how you think?

Question:

How many of you have submitted the payslips for the NOC you have applied in? And whether a copy of employment contract would be sufficient to support?

Appreciate your feedback.. :)
They have clearly mention in the check list we should submit any supporting docs along with the job letters , pay slips tax returns etc.

I think it is wise to send such supporting docs along with your application

Don't need to send all the payslips couple of old one and couple of new would do

I actually don't remember but my instinct would have been to send the three most recent...

Hi all,

Been following this thread for a while and thought I would finally contribute and ask a question as well.

Here are my details:

Based in the UAE
LVO
FSW1 / 1233
Application received by CIC 28 Oct 2011
PER - 17 Jan 2012
2nd Line - 13 Jun 2012

I received a letter from LVO today dated 11 July, which I thought would be the MR. However, the letter has asked me to submit the following documents to continue processing my application:

- IMM0008
- IMM5406
- RPRF
- Updated PCC
- 2 recent photos of spouse and me
- Updated Travel form

My question is, why wasn't the Medical Request made? And why have I been asked for the RPRF ahead of the medicals?

Any ideas?
Well I think you should send them the docs you are asked for ASAP

I think, ur medicals were due, some how may be by mistake, ur MR is not enclosed in the envelop. You should immediately launch inquiry to LVO, I received the same with MRs,

The letter didn't have the Medical Examination option checked, so it doesn't look like a mistake. If they had that checked and there wasn't the MR form along with the letter, then it could have been assumed as a mistake.

Can only guess they are trying to delay processing, just can't see why they would not give you MR at the same time... LVO are so slow compared to Delhi, I suspect they already know what NOC will be accepted next year and those not on the list are just being pushed into a pile to be rejected later in the year. We are destined to be following the pre 2008 guys. I know it is not positive, but my file was passed to London in December and 7 months on, nothing! Not a dickie bird! I understand that I can go to Jersey or Guernsey as a nurse, better weather and decent fishing, same language, and I wouldn't be considered an immigrant. Might just do that.

Look at the difference between LVO and NDLO.

If you go through various threads on the forum, you'll notice that many people were asked for updated documents first, and medicals later on. This is not unheard of. I suggest you send the docs ASAP and then wait for you MR.

Trevor and Jo,

Keep the faith we got like that and went through all the emotions aswell, I think it is luck of the draw as to how you move through the system, but I also believe certain consultants also carry a certain amount of clout. Ours took a considerable amount of time then went bang and things went quickly, and I don't think it is NOC related as Nursing would have come before mine.

You mention Jersey and Guernsey, having been there for work and the Isle of Man you have to gain work permits first to get there then you are restricted to a time limit before you can own a house, and some people can be the most racist you will encounter as you are not an islander, plus it is horrendously expensive.

Stay with the dream it will come through for you!

Regards
Stuart
