Yes you are right. It is positive news in the sense that MI-3 is moving and sooner or later all our brothers and sisters will get their visas

It is a very good sign that they haven't put MI3 to the very back of the queue. Just gotta hope for a few more people to get some good news so this can be confirmed.

Sure it will mean Mr E being right again but when it comes to something like this I will be happy ot be proved wrong

Can anybody explain to me what the difference between PPR1 and PPR2 is? I thought they only request the passport once? :

It is for Pakistan as they are unable to send their passports out of the country so they VO's use a different process for them.
