It could mean that is on BGC and on your next BFD they will review with the results of the BGC and determine if eligible for processing and that's when you may get the 2nd line after that it should start process for MR.

An extra language is normally useful, but unfortunately I have been in the UK too long and it is a bit like the Aussies and the Kiwis with the English and the French.

Well I guess I can't be as dumb as you seeings as my NOC is on the side of my profile :P

I am going into a bookkeeping type role. I am more of an accountant than bookkeeper but they are so similar my experience fitted this NOC than any others.
