E-case still the same….waiting desperately for that magical second line….

Salam every body,

I am silent follower of this forum, 1st of all congrats to all those who got second line added to there E-CAS status and wish them best of luck for further processing.

I have a question to seniors, If second line is not added does it means Background check is not completed ? and if somebody has lived abroad more then 6 months will background check take more time ? I lived in Scotland, UK for 4 years, it should be easier for London Visa Office to do my background check, but that does not seems to be the case. I received PER on 26th March 2012.

I wanted to ask one more thing. I have seen many MI2 applicants getting MR thru TCS but in case of MI3 they are getting it thru normal post so whts the reason for this difference? Is there any logic behind this or just like that?

LVO sends original documents through TCS otherwise use normal post.

Yes most likely that is the case but I remember one forum member optimist got His MR without getting that second line on his ECAS .

Hei mate,

if you worked 4 years then you will get maximum points,they will split your part time in two so that's makes you 6.5 years.

But check because they want to change point system.

Where you from mate and r u based in London?

I am from Karachi, Pakistan.
Does it may affect, that by education I have completed BBA and MBA and my profession is supervisor, trade?

I also heard that few changes in points system is under consideration and probably be implemented from July 1st 2012. It would be great help, if you let me know few lines of text indicating job description as what supervisor suppose to do. my email ID is ahmed.yousufali@gmail.com.

when does ECAS usually update? the website says its usually on a tuesday. Im tired of checking my ECAS everyday... Im really hoping for our MR's soon!!!!!!

Dear Everybody hear,
My consultant address appears 0n 07 of june 2012 for first time and e case showing ""your application for.... received on 21 Nov.2011"" and from that day of address appear I were so happy bcoz I had the same feeling of some good news will come ...like everybody hear
Until I spoke to my Canadian consultant yesterday and he said address appearance meaning less and he said to me wait until mid of July because a lot of changes coming on the way and might affect all previous files negatively then I asked about the nature of these changes as I am following up the news every second but he said wait........ :-[
Really I totally disappointed from him ,as he shocked me without any explanation and I am thinking to send CSE on line without his knowledge
So please share your ideas with me because I am really depressed....

new changes may come at the end of June not mid July. and the applicants with INPROCESS status will not be effected.
