I got my GCMS notes yesterday.Visa officer has given notes " Medical passed and appears RFV " please some one let me know what is the meaning of RFV.

Dear Sabu,
your frustration is understandable; however, you should not think negatively. Nothing happens in this world without a reason only we don't know about it. My experience of living in North America was that you have to think positively no matter what kind of situation you are in. Thinking negatively is a kind of a crime in there. You have to calm down your temprament if you want to have successful life in Canada. Also, arguably Canada requires people who are well settled into their professions and in that scenario you do not have such time for adversity and frustration. Being angry is not the part of the solution rather it is even a bigger problem. Litigation against LVO is totally useless idea. Delay in BGC is not a new tactic it has always been the same. I am also awaiting PPR since October 2012 with hope and positive attitude and knowing that it is not my right rather it is an effort which may or may not succeed.

Dear All,
I am so happy to shear with all of you that my ecas is showing 'decision made' and also they have updated Canadian address as home address. Hopefully, the visa has been stamped already and i will get back the passport within this week.

I am glad to each and every forum member for your help, concern and friendly attitude. There are some friends i do not want to name but wanna to give my regard for always keeping my hope alive.

Hi!
As I have already mentioned that I applied on Nov 2011, on Jan I sent the required documents as they asked me to submit. But I haven't received any information after that. Isn't there any time frame till when the decision has to be made, as waiting is really killing me. Will really help if you will suggest me.
