I had recently interviewed at Abu Dhabi.
It was long interview around 70min and visa officer asked series of questions on different categories. I answered all questions and officer were satisfied. Officer told me that she is satisfied with my work experience, qualification and i am well qualified & bright person but my occupation Food Product Scientist does not come under NOC 2121 biologist & related scientist and from my side its refusal and you will find refusal letter within 2 weeks.

Canada National occupation classification book cleary showing my ocupation under this NOC.

I was completely shocked by her comments and emphasized no of times about my occupation eligibilty under NOC2121 but all useless.
I am MI3 applicants got PER under this occupation and now told that your profession does not qualify. I want to ask her why you have been called me from Pakistan to inform this where as you can send me an email but leave it.

what should i do?

Its really sad to hear this bad news on LVO forum, she tooked 70 minutes to verify her concern and listen your arguments and after all she end up with negative result, i believe you should recall all your replies on paper and find point of rejection as afterall you are the best evaluator of your case and if still you cant find any then go for appeal.. All the best.

This is insane!! To call someone for an interview only to refuse on a totally senseless basis zee 1, please do not give up! I suggest you follow it up. Mr.E are you reading this? Please tell him what to do.

not only zee.one, i found two more applicants pm in my box , these two applicants are refused during their interview due to their distance learning degrees, the visa oficer told them this is our policy not to give points for distance learning degrees, i am wondreing that why the visa officer called them for interview they can be informed by sending email, why visa officer call tehm for interview, i am very shocked by this.

not only zee.one, i found two more applicants pm in my box , these two applicants are refused during their interview due to their distance learning degrees, the visa oficer told them this is our policy not to give points for distance learning degrees, i am wondreing that why the visa officer called them for interview they can be informed by sending email, why visa officer call tehm for interview, i am very shocked by this.

Congrats. According to the list, you got PPR1 on 3rd January and got Visa on 23rd February . That was very quick. BTW, When did u get PPR2?

Hi everybody it has been long time since i was not attending this thread as i was refused last Jun. But after filing reconsideration request my process was started successfully and now Alhamdolillah i have received ppr yesterday by the grace of ALLAH. I wish success to all forum members and especially Mr E who started this thread that keep all members glued together (active or inactive both) but once u are here u never cease visiting this thread.
