I got an email yesterday from my VO. He requested my NEW/Updated police certificate. He requested updated Schedule A form a month ago which was received on 21st Jan by lvo. After this, again PCC. What do you understand by this. Once he got my new PCC, will he send my PPR? Pls share your experience.

I had recently interviewed at Abu Dhabi.
It was long interview around 70min and visa officer asked series of questions on different categories. I answered all questions and officer were satisfied. Officer told me that she is satisfied with my work experience, qualification and i am well qualified & bright person but my occupation Food Product Scientist does not come under NOC 2121 biologist & related scientist and from my side its refusal and you will find refusal letter within 2 weeks.

Canada National occupation classification book cleary showing my ocupation under this NOC.

I was completely shocked by her comments and emphasized no of times about my occupation eligibilty under NOC2121 but all useless.
I am MI3 applicants got PER under this occupation and now told that your profession does not qualify. I want to ask her why you have been called me from Pakistan to inform this where as you can send me an email but leave it.

That is good news for you as it would seem that your case is going through as planned. Complete the PCC check asap and they should then issue you with PPR. Don't worry you are at the beginning of the end.

That is an horrendous story and first of all i would like to offer my sympathies.

The fact you received PER and then called for interview to clarify your occupational duties is strange. I wouldn't give up hope though as CIC do get it wrong sometimes. Wait for one of the Seniors to reply to this and they will advise you on what to do.

Do not give up. There is still hope for you my friend. Good luck and i will be thinking of you.

Zee one, it's totally unfair, to do some thing like that to some one, they could have send the refusal letter if they wanted to

As you mentioned in your experience letter
Just copy n paste em here
May be we could figure out what went wrong

Can we have a look at thee description and role you are leading on your job

what should i do?

talk with a consultancy/immigration company. based on rejection ground mentioned in the interview prepare all the necessary paper works and as soon as you get the refusal letter appeal with the documents.
but i hope the interviewer will realize her mistake.
