I'm a newbie here. I am just hoping that anyone can help and give advice regarding our application.
We had our medical last Aug. 01, 2012 and sent the result by our Doctor to London by Aug. 8, 2012. But after four months (January 13, 2013 to be exact) our agent received an email from CHC asking for the medical result of my common law partner (the principal applicant). We sent them the tracking receipt and the receipt from our Doctor to prove that the medical was done and sent. But then they sent reply stating that the medical result was missing. So we called our Doctor to confirm if they really send the results and then told us that they do. So I called the Aramex and they sent me Proof of delivery that it was received by London VO. Our agent replied to the email with attached proof of delivery (from aramex), tracking receipt and Doctor's clinic payment receipt to prove to them that my common law partner was done with his medical. We are still waiting for the reply from CHC if what we will do next to solve this problem. Honestly it bothers us everyday and like every minute of waiting is difficult. Is anyone here having the same problem as ours? I hope someone can share and Seniors kindly advice.
