this is very 1st time i have opertunity to comunicat with u
many congrats for rcving ur MR in jan 13
dear as for as my knowledge is concern, processing of application starts at CHC stage after eligibility determined posetivly as in the case of ansari its great news but not a freash news bcoz he has already been notified that we have started processing ur application in his ecas status means his eligibility has been determined already , so whats a new & freash news frm CSI or LVO what ever
now thins is that the reply he got rcvd in CSI that next steps of processing will be taken shortly means his background check will take place & how long it will take , only God knows any ways

dear kindly inform me how u rcvd MR either be EMAIL or by REGULER POST SERVICE ?

yesterday I received my CSI reply which I raised on 24-Jan-2013

i have got 2nd line on 22nd June 2012 then VO asked for add docs on 17th August and then 2nd October 2012 means add docs request is possible after 2nd line as minor mistake more reflect to VO here and he could ask any docs later after giving 2nd line.

i m realy to see this from u .
yes dear indeed its taking long time but i have few things to share with u & all senior members of this forum that,......
1. i have rcvd very 1st reply frm LVO , he or she asked me to allow six (6) months to review in coming correspondens frm me, now what is this ?

2.as LVO was in toch with me twise ,after couple of months i rcvd 2nd line addition in my ecas after submiting my required docs of baby ,........now i m waiting for completing 6 months wich starts frm 10 oct 2012 , then after i will contact them, it is my thinking to do so ,

3. now u & other forum members tell me where frm my those instructed 6 months began ? either frm submiting docs ? if yes then less then 6 months thay started processing , if not then i m taking it frm day of starting processing means 10 oct 2012 ,.......

4.have u or other forum members rcvd msg of allow such time period frm LVO in thier 1st reply for asking PCC & POF ?

plz advise me
thats y i m not making any contact with LVO , bcoz like few other forum members who have contacted LVO , rcvd msg that ur application is waiting to review of VO or inprocess ,there is no need of taking any action frm u at this stage,.......

these are my reservations & thinkings be4 my dear forum members

nice to meet you too.
fsw2 cases are little bit different than fsw1.
furthermore, i believe it is very much difficult to pre-assume how long LVO may take to process further at any stage. it's vary huge between different applicants.

well dear it depends on ur case history ,.... if some thing appears dengerous in ur medical or if ur security clearence report makes some issue thchance are alive for rejection & if every thing goes in right & perfect direction then nothing will happen in negative sense
