"If new Ministerial Instructions are not issued before July 1, 2012, the current cap of 10,000 new applications will re-set on that date."

then this will be MI3 2nd term not MI4 OR MI5
and this will be good for MI3 1st term applicants because they will be processed first not MI3 2nd term

If you have submitted a bank certificate which shows only the total amount till date then there might be chances they ask for six months updated statements.

if new ministerial instructions MI will not be announced, the current MI will be continued like MI1 which continued from 27 Feb 2008 to 26 June 2010

If you have submitted a bank certificate which shows only the total amount till date then there might be chances they ask for six months updated statements.

I did submit bank statement that showed enough fund but after sending i did not keep continuing.

Many people on the forum have received updated POF request. I suggest you keep the money intact.It's better to be safe than sorry.

Thanks Now, I did keep but in another account. If VO ask for updated POF, I will be able to provide them.
I have included bank statement from three banks. I could not manage fund in one of them. But the rest is ok. But my worrying thing is that are they gonna refuse me on this ground ?
