Dear Farney Bhoy,
I would encourage you to have a close look at your application pack. Try to contact with your consultant. Of course there should be some one who look after your case in the absence of your consultant. If you are allowed to communicate with CHC, try to explain (very precisely) CHC that there might be an error.
There was a forum member whose application was refused because of miscalculation of points. She sent them a letter requesting reconsideration of her application and her application has been granted. Please do that if you are confident.
Dont ask any points from your work experience as you are given for only there years even though you have 10 years. They will not give you any points if your experience is not related to your education(a no of applicants got MR and even visa as their experience was not related to their education). But you always ask for your education if it is genuine. (dont get me wrong.. If you live in London.. there are many colleges in London, if you have any qualification from these college they will not give any points).
I wish you a very best of luck.
