The most important thing for me is that they finish tests in 2 hours at Manchester Bridgewater hospital and send reports to LVO in 2 days. Some DGP's spend weeks and weeks before they finally send the reports to London. I'd rather discuss my urine test in the corridor than wait for ages for my reports to reach London!
Trevor and Jo said:Agreed, very friendly and efficient. Though Jo was not happy about the children not being offered chaperones and being weighed and measured in the corridor, she is big on privacy, things like urine samples explained in the corridor, we know what all this entails, but girls of 13 and 16 were left quite uncomfortable, also the girls being asked to change into a gown for the x-ray, then having to walk down the corridor to the xray room with their pants showing to the world ( for the others waiting in the corridor to see) it really didn't impress her much. Jo works in a private hospital, she let them know their failings in the feedack questionaire!
