Yes you are right dear. However for my NOC i.e. 3112, I have observed that first sho78 received MR then me and then BDPA. We all received MR in March 2012. So I think, mostly, when they start working on an NOC, they keep on working. What do you think?

yes three pharmacists NOC 3131 received MR in Jan-Feb although they have different time lines

Yes NDVO is not just fast.. they are the fastest! They follow the fasttrack programme. People from NDVO who have their timelines similar to mine already got their visas.
However, what ever happening...happening for good!

Cic and immigration dept. Of Canada is merely showing dreams to the applicants, so that they won't go to apply for Australia or other countries, as they r much quicker and much rational, they wanna keep all the applicants in their pool, manage profits from millions of dollars accumulated from their fees, while tiring them of the wait, jeopardizing their local jobs and qualifications
A survey has shown, that an average applicant in Indo pak, for Canadian immigration waiste 1-2 hours of every day browsing, ecas, cic websites, and forums.
I believe Canadian applicants looses interests in their economic n social ties, where as this wait is realy frustrating, in addition to keeping locked settlement funds for applicants without job offer is quite a task actually in such time of inflation
