pattern means LVO is working mainly on MI1 and MI2, Its not preferring MI3 but NDVO is preferring MI3.

Yes you are right dear. However for my NOC i.e. 3112, I have observed that first sho78 received MR then me and then BDPA. We all received MR in March 2012. So I think, mostly, when they start working on an NOC, they keep on working. What do you think?

That being the case, I'll have to wait forever because they haven't even touched 4151 yet :-X
