Even after I called to ask for an appointment they told me that somebody will get back to me (but who knows when as she couldn't tell) as they were extremely busy and had no time to book the appointment or barely talk to me. Well, anyway... Therefore, I called the medical practise in Knightsbridge, London, and got the appointment there right away.
