I can't believe I am writing this but here it comes:

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST RECEIVED MY MEDICAL REQUEST TODAY IN MY MAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soooo happy! ;D Finally some relief... The medical request is dated 2nd August 2012.

They also asked for the following documents:

• IMM0008
• Schedule A Background/Declaration
• IMM5406
• IMM5562E
• RPRF

No updated PCCs request, which is a huuuuuuuge time and money saver for us (since I would have needed 4 including translations)!

P.S.: Please Mr. Engineer, can you update my information in the list? Thank you.

You remember that our second line date was almost same, but for me took very long. Actually LVO was mentioned in their reply to my case update which by August Ill get the MR, and it really happened.
