- $150CAD in bank draft as processing fee for new baby

- Updated IMM8, IMM5406

- Updated proof of funds

- Copy of birth certificate and passport for the new baby

Updated IMM8, IMM5406
in the generic form you have to mention the no. of applicants included you in the beginning of the form , so update it and validate it online.

After adding second lines in MI3 applicants, there is much movement in MI1 applicants this month and some MI2 applicants
Seems like our turn is coming in August

Good Morning Forum Members!!!!

At 9:55 am UK time there is no updates on my side I'm afraid...but still waiting for post (at some point after noon I would think).

Regarding the movement for MI1 & 2s, when I got my first e-mail reply from LVO on 03/07 they mention that my file is "is going through the standard procedures at the moment and is under review" (request was sent on 18/06 so after 2nd line). Would that mean that file is still under BGC since they said under review? However when I replied to them I did say that one of my employer had change head office and that I could provide new contact details if needed (for BGC). But on the reply I got on 06/07 they tell me my rep is been disassociated and that address updated but no mention about new employer they only say "We will be in touch with you again in due course. You need take no further action at this time" and the signature come from some LBM from the Immigration & medical services Division from the e-mail address of some lady Laura McLeod.....
Could anyone pls share any comments to what this may mean? Are BGC really done when 2nd line appears or maybe just starting?

What I think, might be wrong, bgc will continue to run from visa office, cic is in the driving seat for MI3 , editing ecas, issuing MR, bgs might run and completed just before visa being issued by the LVo

I think there is 2 parts to the BGC. There is the bit that I think it's call Eligibility which is the education & employment, etc BGC which are done before MR and after MR there is the PCC and criminality checks (which I think are still call BGC) and these are called Admissibility. But what I am not sure is if the first part of the BGC are done once one received the 2d line on E-cas....
