Just to update you, today something different happened in my ECAS.
Uptil now, there were only two lines:

"We received your application for permanent residence on August 31, 2011.
Medical results have been received."

When I checked my ECAS today, it was like this:

"We received your application for permanent residence on August 31, 2011.
We started processing your application on June 15, 2012.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

I had received my PPR on 15-Jun-2012 and till then there was no "we started processing...." line.

aba so far all mi3 applicants that I know got second line and got mr with in few days of it yes it is strange it's been over month n half since you got that slecond line it makes me wonder are they going back to the same process first you get that second line and then BGC starts I hope that is not the case any way you got a positive reply you will be getting that MR soon.

Thanks Mr PRESIDENT. Its really scarying me. Sometime I think maybe my consultant gave me a fake email, since i was nagging a lot. CHC never answers like this since 1.5 month back I got the second line and they didnt mentioned in their email as well. Hope it will be fine. But still havent got my answer from anybody, how come after 1.5 month they are telling another 1 month needs to finish the process.

aba relax I think you are safe from here on they might want to make sure on some document but their reply sound so encouraging so if I was you I be content with it a month here n there is nothing if you get positive result.

As for everyone with 2nd lines, when I got my second line on ecas I didn't receive my MR for another 2 weeks and I live in the UK, so keep the faith and it will be arriving soon.
