has anybody received any email communication from CIC?

After completing the form I was given a confirmation on the screen, but never received an email (CIC didnt specify that they will email after receiving our form)

Moreover, I do know that CIC will email in any case (lucky draw or NOT) after choosing/inviting 10,000 applications.

I was just getting anxious so that is why I wanted to confirm if someone has received any email communication from CIC or not. (I keep thinking I might have typed my email address incorrectly!)

They provide a confirmation number. I took a screenshot of the final page after submission. The screenshot has the confirmation number. I did't receive any email either.

I too participated in lottery, does anyone know when CIC will start sending e-mails to lottery winners?

I called cic a month or so ago. It seems they are still working on deleting all duplicate files. Once that is done then they will do the draw and will let us know weather we are lucky or not. I am still waiting, though I wonder for how long.

no draw has been taken and it seems they have not even touched on it, on the other hand express entry has record low score, now if you have college diploma, with some English and 1 year work experience you will qualified for fast track PR in 6 months. Maybe our parents can apply to Express Entry as it is so easy now almost everyone apply will be selected

LOL! it is extremely unlikely that parents points will reach anything more than 380. And they will have to get english tests and qualifications accredited. It is fast track 6 months following 1 year preparations.
