There's no one size fits all answer to this.
Anything from a few weeks for simple applications to a few years for "unlucky" folks.
Have a look at the average time IRCC takes now, it's updated every month, and last time I checked, it was 9 months start to finish. Make that your expectation.

Or you can check the tracker spreadsheets. You shouild look at ones from last year, and not the most recent months - eg I looked at august and average was about two months at that point.
Important interpretation note: these spreadsheets only calculate the average for those entries that have passed that stage. So if you look at the most recent months, it is a LARGE understatement of how long it takes on average. (For more recent months, it might look like the average is two weeks or so).
Why? Because at that point, you're only seeing a sub-sample of the files that got through the fastest (none of the slower files are included yet). Not all files can be processed faster than the average, let alone faster than the half that are faster than average.
