Memorial University of Newfoundland has the lowest international students program fee for most of it's regular Master degree programs( including Meng.)-
around 6,000$ for the entire program (2 years). They have also mentioned that approximately, the value of funding packages recently offered to graduate students in Engineering and Applied Science is around 15,000$.
