Low Income Cut-Off

Hi，just have a question regarding the income requirement of Low Income Cut-Off.
In the table, it said Size of Family Unit: 1 person (the sponsor) Minimum necessary income $25,338, and Size of Family Unit: 2 persons, Minimum necessary income $31,544.
I'm just sponsoring my wife. Right now I'm living alone in Canada, and she lives abroad. In terms of family, just me and her. Should I meet $25,338 or $31,544?
I know CIC says in most cases, there isn’t an income requirement to sponsor your spouse or partner or dependent child. But income is still a factor, right?

if you haven`t child, if you have low income just explain how do you plan to provide for your family

No formal income test but cannot be on social assistance.

In ability to support you can show savings etc.

You don't choose either. LICO does NOT apply to spousal sponsorship apps. I suggest you review the guide and checklist for actual requirements.
