I'm pretty sure you can. CIC says that you must provide evidence that the family's income exceeds the LICO, so you should be fine:

Good luck!

Pls also advice when it says LICO for two people (27674)... does that include sponsors also or will it be 41307 (2+2)

PS: I am inviting my parents under Super Visa.

If you are inviting both parents, you should look at the LICO for four (i.e., the two sponsors (assuming you have no kids) and your two parents)

Hi everyone! me and my husband too would like to sponsor my mom. In line with this, I would like to clarify some points regarding with LICO - super visa requirement, does it mean our annual income? What if I just started working (3 months ago) and my husband's 9 months. We arrived here in Canada as a landed immigrant last august 2012. Hope you can help me. thanks a lot!
