Here you are:

But frankly speaking, I doubt it is a good idea to train writing on your own. How will you assess your writing? I was quite confident in my English (and eventually got 7.5/8.0/7.5/7.5) but nevertheless I spent four weeks attending IELTS preparation course with a licensed examiner who guided me through different strategies, tactics and techniques. The most valuable contribution to my results was in checking and providing advice on my writing. You see, IELTS has kinda sophisticated criteria and it is always better when there's someone to check your work and provide relevant feedback on your progress.

+1 for the info,

I am quite busy in my office work, so didnt spare much time for practice that is why i got low score,
Also i am in Japan which is not a native english speaking country & it totally spoil my english skills,

Anyhow i will check local IELTS examiner & get a crash course for a month or so,

Because its a time pressure you need to learn scanning and skimming technique. check youtube for this you will learn a lot. anyway download cambrige 1-9 there is a lot of reading material for general http://dxschool.org/ielts/. i just do a self review on my vacant time.

I still recommend asking a tutor for assistance. Especially when you have little time. I took a crash course right in the authorized testing center where they have both professional examiners and all the practice materials needed. I had 3 evening classes a week for 4 weeks in a row and it helped me a lot.
