I think I hissed at a woman today hahaha

Hahaha I can totally picture it. Add your rotating thump and you're all set. I'd totally do it. I can't stand it when people stare at the gym. I stare back with "hissing eyes".

I went to the gym yesterday and let some of frustrations out with some weights lol
As much as I love getting my frustrations out with the weights or a crazy zumba class or rowing 5 km's I have found that if I'm stressed and super frustrated the best things for me to do tend to be swimming or yoga! As you can guess I am doing at least 3 classes of yoga a week! lol

Well, I've begin the not fun process of finding a US bankruptcy attorney. Yay car accident and medical bills. Yay Ohio State police for having the brain power of a flea. (I was hit by a semi truck, I've probably mentioned it a dozen times, but the police couldn't figure out the semi entered MY lane!)

The most not fun part is trying to determine where I legally file for bankruptcy. My only asset left is my bank account, which I opened in Georgia. I kinda hope I can file in Georgia, because I personally know a lawyer down there who likes me and will represent me.

I just got light headed!! :-X I'm sorry to hear you have to deal with so much crap. I'm really done with processes and paperwork. I can't imagine going through an appeal if my case were denied...puke!

I couldn't either. Yeah, I plan to be a student for the next few years, but still!!!! I could at least work part time somewhere!

Unfortunately my credit is shot in the US now, though, so moving back would be a disaster. I wouldn't be able to get a halfway decent job. >:(

It was WAY too busy for me. I hate it when I'm on the bike, watching Judge Judy and can feel people staring at me! Yes I know I'm fat, eff off!

I always try to smile politely when people look at me at the gym, but I always wonder if they think I'm hitting on them and it's just sooo uncomfortable! I've considered giving them the stink eye instead but I would just feel even more super awkward lol. Maybe the hiss is a good move.

haha! Love it!! I know you would think that people would be excited for those of us that are obviously working to get in better shape.. sometimes when I see the "fit" people at the gym I want to tell them to go home... clearly they are already done!

Ladies, hope you are well.

I've decided to start going to the gym before work. I'll report back and let you know if it was a bad idea. :-X

I went to the doctor and discovered I am low in vitamin D. If I had money, now I would have the perfect excuse for a trip to a nice, warm island.... but I don't have money :'(

I gave my doctor a list of things I wanted to address... so far we have done none of them after 3 visits. I'm starting to get annoyed. Is this normal in Canada?

Sadly yes. Most doctors will only address one thing per appointment :( Did you try taking vit D tablets? A friend if mine's fiance is also low on it.

My doctor has a note on the wall that says "Please don't bring a shopping list of ailments.. only one or two will be addressed at a time"

Lol! A doctor I went to last year had a sign up that said they "don't prescribe narcotics no matter how much you beg!" I wonder how many times they had to deal with that that they needed such a forceful sign.

*facedesk* I just had to explain to my husband what a square root is. He actually thought numbers had more than one.......... :o

What does it matter how? It got in your lane and hit you that's what matters.

Liquid capsules are better absorbed
