I am a Canadian PR, filing for citizenship. On the citizenship form it asks for date of issuing/end work permit. I have misplaced my work permit form, don't remember date of issuing. CRA sent me a form to request for work permit info. Again it asks for number or date of issuing.
How can I get that that information? Please help!
