Hi, i received an email that notified i was approved to get visa and told me to print the email out, then give it to canada border service on my arrival to Canada. Unfortunately, i lost it without notice. I'm really sure that i did not do anything to it. What should i do right now? Can i contact visa office to obtain another email?

I understand...but if you log in into your account, there should be a pdf document..you dont have it too?! weird..call CIC then
I did. They told me to contact the visa office in my country and ask if they can send it to me again which i did. Hope everything is okay because i'm really scared now.
