I think the reference is travel history from back home

Ditto my interpretation is that the OP matched up each entry to Canada with an entry/exit from his/her home country. This would work either for visits solely between Canada and the home country or multiple countries with corresponding entry/exit data in the qualifying period. In this case it seems the OP only travelled to his/ home country.

Hi i applied without the passport i used to landed with you just have to make a good letter explaining why and how did you lost your passport and what did you do in other to get it the letter should be a good letter if you remember include your passport number in my case i lost both my passport and my record,of landing good luck
