Looking to apply for PR with Intra company transfer job offer - IBM

Hi,

I am a permanent employee of IBM India and having 9 years of experience. I came to Canada as a part of Intra-company transfer in a closed WP on 2019 January - till date. My contract in Canada has got extended till Oct 2022.

a. If I want to opt for Job offer (50 points) I am getting 474 CRS score, is it advisable to use the job offer letters provided by IBM (since they have the letter in email without letterhead )? Please advise.
b. Do we need to submit any additional documents to support the job offer ?

You will need a letter that lists your job title and duties. Suggest you review the requirements under Express Entry on the IRCC web site. Generally speaking, job offers don't always contain the required details.

You will also need a letter from your employer stating that they will continue to employ you for a year after you become a PR.
