If u have a PR card then upload scan of PR card. If eCOPR, then yes signed copy of eCopr.

It's GCMS notes but choose agency CBSA over IRCC.

Ask for the CBSA notes (not IRCC) will have some idea

Check option for the "Bridging open work permit" https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/extend-permit/bridging-open-work-permit.html

Just send out a simple email, just let them know your concern.

One of my friend was waiting for eCOPR for a month, and he did put reminder. And very next day he got his eCOPR. Would suggest wait for this week, then you can put a reminder.
