Also take a look at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/express/express-entry.asp.
But yeah, you got to do some research. If you have a question, it has most likely been asked before in this forum. Don't be afraid to use the search.

Hi,

As am not a student / attempting to write any English knowledge related exams am not eligible for express entry. I don't know any employer from Canada.
But am sure I'll get a job within short span of time if I got PR.

Now I can't spend my time on writing these Tests.

Can any one please let me know what all the other ways to get PR.

Thanks.

Dude, if you need PR then definitely you have to write IELTS exam to prove that you can communicate in English. Its mandate and no short cut.
Also if you have non-Canadian qualification (degree/masters) then it has to be accessed by third parties in Canada (WES/ICS).
All in all its a waiting job and need patience for sure.

How can I miss the best part. if you are single then marry a Canadian citizen. Not the quickest but worth a try.
if its too late then take my first advice, better prepare for the english test and score a decent band. You need to score 67 points for eligibility.

2nd option does not work for you? Who are you, the prince of India?

To apply to Express Entry you have to take the General IELTS, PERIOD.

If you don't want to take english tests because "You don't have time to waste on that", then that's your problem. By your writing skills I can see a reason why..

We should find that someone and report to CIC for sure .
He is somewhere happy spreading these rumours.
On a serious note, CIC.gc.ca has all the info required for immigration.

As per your provided details, you can only apply under FSW scheme (67 pts) which goes through the regular process. Means it isnt easy if I was in USA as well.
