They specifically ask for "All pages" so I would actually even copy those without any markings just to be safe. Regarding photos, I can't give you any advice. We took new pictures mainly because we only had "passport" pictures, not "immigration" pictures. Apparently the format is different...

Correct me if I'm wrong, as far as I know, once you have PR you are practically free to go wherever you want. I have yet to see rules around number of years you have to stay in a province after getting PR backed by a provincial nomination. Or PR's that are conditional and tied to a province.

Some say that you can safely leave that work experience out of your EE profile. Then you simply won't get points for it. When applying for PR though, you should mention it. I would not tinker with the dates though.

I guess it totally depends on the individual application. Mine is in "Eligibility Review in Progress" for a long time now. I blame it on the PCC that CIC gets from the NZ authorities which probably takes a couple of weeks. Could also be the whether or not you have a spouse, how many dependents...
