looking for few answers on CEC category

Hi ALL

could somebody please answer few question of mine...i am planning to Apply for PR , i work for an IT company here in Toronto from last one year.

i have following question for you all
1) which language (English) test is needed clear celpip or IELTS ?
2) what is the last date for submission of the document .
3) am i right in saying i qualified for CEC category ..i checked the CIC it says any employee working on work permit for more than a year is eligible ... not sure if CEC catagory is the right one .

anyone of them is ok, IELTS Exam should be in General Training

There is no last date for submission for CEC class

Yes, you are qualified if you have 365 days of Experience in canada in anyone of the NOC code mentioned on CIC site

1. You can take any language test (one of them)

2. There is no final date for submissions. Last day will be the day before Express Entry starts (nobody knows when exactly, they say January 2015 but no specific date)

3. Not Everyone with one year experience can apply for CEC. The are some job categories which are eligible - NOC skill type 0, NOC skill type A and NOC skill type B

Hi
IELTS or CELPIP is acceptable.

The English test certificate has to be submitted with the application, if not the application will be rejected.

For CEC eligibility you need to satisfy the following.

Plan to live outside Quebec.

Have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week.

Have gained experience in Canada with the proper authorization.

Meet the language levels required for your job and respective NOC code for speaking, reading, writing and listening.

my work permit has comp analysis and consultant written over it , i checked the site it comes under information systems analysts and consultants (2171).

any idea which category it come under , 0, A or B ?

the link was useful i see 217 Computer and information systems professionals under Skill level A under major group 21.
