Focus on immigration programs like Express Entry or PNP programs that don’t require a job offer. Being in Canada as a tourist doesn’t allow you to work. You still need to get a job offer and LMIA to apply for a work permit. Most employers only hire people who are Canadian, PR or who have work authorization (study or work permits).
Good day
I’m coming to Canada next week with tourist visa, how can I go about it? Can I apply for LMIA?

You can’t apply for one. You need a job offer and then your employer files for a LMIA paying $1k and proving you are the only person who can do the job, no Canadian or PR can do it. Once the employer has a LMIA, then apply for a closed work permit. The whole process can take several months. So have employment letters ready to prove you can do the job. Depending on the NOC, you may need ECA and IELTS.

Congratulations, how did you got your tourist visa and how the process goes.
which documents they require. as I’m in Qatar?
Kindly let me know asap thanks
Google - visitor visa Canada - and apply. You need to show funds, travel history and ties to Qatar (job letter with approved leave, investments, property, business, spouse/child).

That's the answer from Naturgrl:
