You can’t apply for one. You need a job offer and then your employer files for a LMIA paying $1k and proving you are the only person who can do the job, no Canadian or PR can do it. Once the employer has a LMIA, then apply for a closed work permit. The whole process can take several months. So have employment letters ready to prove you can do the job. Depending on the NOC, you may need ECA and IELTS.

Yes that’s what i wanted but even if i got a Job opportunity to work then I’ll still be able to work.

Travel history is UK, US, NZ and AUS visas. Ties are spouse/children. A job letter is just one item. You need to show more ties.
