My country of birth is Nepal.I submitted my application for permanent residence in Canada on October 3, 2013. It has exceeded the average processing time. It’s been 32 months after I submitted my application. I am still waiting for the decision on my application. I have provided all of the required documents as requested by CIC and visa office in New Delhi. I have completed and sent my medical report for 3 times. Recently, my medical report was submitted on May 13, 2016.
As a result of the delayed processing of my application, I have been going through a deep psychological and emotional trauma.
Nepal’s earthquake affects me physically, mentally and loses my residential place as well. At that movement Immigration says they are keeping priority on our application. But nothing happened. My husband made few inquiry from Member of Parliament from Canada they still said doing background, security check, still on the process reviewing my application for design. I don’t have any travel history.
Any applicant from Nepal??? Please, suggestion and Ideas.
