Will your wife be able to take the CRNE on a tourist visa? I thought you have to be a PR or citizen in order to take it.
Each of the province has its own rules/regulations. I don't know with the other provinces, but in Manitoba they allow non PR/citizens to take the exam for as long your educational credentials after assessment is found to be equivalent to that of Canadian standards. And you have to travel to Winnipeg to sit for the exam. CRNE is not given outside of Canada.
