I don't know why this 1st week of September has news of MR and PPR. CIC again went on the snail's pace.

Dear All

After completing medicals in April 2012, I was expecting passport request from CIC but today my consultant informed me that they have received via post a request for updated police clearance certificate of my wife. ( Earlier with medicals, they did asked couple of formal documents but not PCC). Now they have requested for PCC of my wife (NOT MINE) !

The latest response from LBM is that there is no change in my status yet. i.e., BG checks are in progress. Let's see when they are concluded. I'll wait for few more days before initiating another CSI.

I am glad to share that Alhamdulillah I have got PPR1 today around 1 hour back. They allowed 45 days to submit documents.

VO initials are RIH, sent CSE two weeks ago and got standrad reply of BG checkes.
