This should be enough for them to redo your spouse's medical exams. If the DMP refuses, then you need to notify you VO of this and request for a new medical form so your spouse can have this done with another DMP. You need to be persistent and clear about your demand. It is quite obvious now that both your DMP and the VO appear to be quite latent in their handling of your case. Keep sending emails, fax on a regular basis until you get the desired response. It can be done; keep pushing.

As mentioned earlier my medicals and updated forms reached chc on 29 of april 2012 but since then no updates. Not even medical recieved line updated on my ecas. But my draft was en cashed by chc on 18 of April 2012 so is there is any link btw draft en-cashment and ppr.And the other thing is my passport will be expired on Jan 2013 so is chc required one year validity of passport for visa issuance?
