Hello forum mates, need your advise so badly!

As you all know that my husband-being the PA -his medical results didn't reach our VO until now after more than a month. Our VO sent message that 3 medicals were received by their office, mine-spouse...and 2 children.

We contacted CHC, our agent, CEM-VO..but until now no response on our case. We are considering re-medical for my husband. Do we really need to have another original medical form with stamp from VO- if we decide to take re-medical from the same DMP who did our medicals?

If ever, can we ask another DMP for re-medical of my husband?

Would there be any other complications?

We are waiting patiently, but concerned offices don't reply on our messages for so long and we are getting mooorrreeee worried everyday that passes.

So sad to know that your husband's missing medical reports are still missing! The need to repeat the medical examinations has to come from your vo(my assumptions). You husband will probably require another medical request form.Like I mentioned to you before, the easiest thing to do is to get your DMP send copies of your husband medical reports to your VO .I believe that your husband has the legal right to insist on your DMP to resend the missing reports.Get him/her(DMP) to request copies of your husband blood tests and X-ray reports from wherever you did them original and he should fill the chc med form as well. The longer this saga continues the more delay this will add to your processing time.
Wishing all the best.

Hi Louth, yes it is very very sad on our part. And more sad that the concerned offices don't reply to our queries.
Here is the email of our embassy, kindly interpret because upon disecting the message, we presume that it allows us to re-take the meds in case...We are thinking hard to re-take it...because our consultant doesn't know what to do with our case.... :( :( :( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Dear Mr.xxxx

Our email should be addressed to you and not your wife, xxx. Please note that we already received the medical results for your spouse, xxx and your two dependent children.

Only your medical results have not been received. You may ask the designated medical examiner (DME) to forward your medical results to our office once completed.

I hope this clarfies your concern.

Sincerely,

Hi,

Sorry to read that your issue is still ongoing. This is so unnecessary and on fair to you. That said, have you shown this email to your DMP; what did they say? This should be enough for them to redo your spouse's medical exams. If the DMP refuses, then you need to notify you VO of this and request for a new medical form so your spouse can have this done with another DMP. You need to be persistent and clear about your demand. It is quite obvious now that both your DMP and the VO appear to be quite latent in their handling of your case. Keep sending emails, fax on a regular basis until you get the desired response. It can be done; keep pushing.

All the best

I agree completely with 9ja.With this letter from your VO ,your DMP should be more than willing to repeat your husband's medical examination without any hesitation.Better still as 9ja suggested your husband should ask your VO to send another medical form.I honestly feel that your husband need to put his feet than and prevail on your DMP after all it was not a free service.I think your husband have a score to settle with your DMP ASAP because this could go on for months.
