If You will be out of Pakistan then send your passport directly to London on PPR-1 along with updated travel history form, updated address history form and a letter for the visa officer explaining him/her that you are out of your home country. You will receive it with visa. Your family will have to wait for PPR-2 to submit their passports in Islamabad.

If March applicants rceving PPR's now then what about us , I mean - when will the May casses be entertained? A very important query for you, I am expecting re-location with 40days onsite (abroad) and 28days off back in Pakistan. What If I am required to submit Passports to islamabad embassy and I am not in PK? my family will be able to submit PP's in isb embassy but not me, What should i do to handle this situation, who would be the right person to speak to?It will be visitor visa for me until converted to Resident Permit for country where i will be working. Please advise..

Thanks Salman, is it not crime sending Passport out of territory without having NOC from the Ministry of Interior?I never did that before actually, Let us assume a scenario if you are moving to india for work, is that possible if the passport sent to Canadian high commission in India while ur stay in india after geting approval from the LVO? would that work - Thanks

I got my med done in Mar 12 and my son's on 13th sep 12 and it has reached visa office on the 19th. Why my status is not getting changed yaar??? When will I get my PPR 1?????????? Its taking toooo long

In your case VO will wait till they recieve all your family member's medcials to ramp up and continue processing...

i have checked with my bank my DD is not cashed yet ... is it possible that they send MR before the cash the DD....its now more than 4 weeks since i submitted my updated docs and RPRF as requested by CHC

Those who have dome medicals in March and April are receiving PPR-1 these days but few May applicants were also received PPR-1 last week. So we can also expect PPr-1 in 2-3 weeks.
You can intimate LVO and they will guide you on their reply. I don't know much about this you can PM to Khalid h or qorax for further detail.

hi 1234 i have just a question, our medicals done 12 th may 2012 and they asked updated forums along with permanent residency fees and after one week i got reply from lvo my fourms missing dates then i refilled and sent on 28th may 2012 ,now four months passed still not reply i sent email to jmr two weeks before no reply yesterday i sent again what do u thin at this stage is there is possiblity of refusal or how much more time they needed thanks

I hav the same timeline as yours almost. Did med on mar 12th exactly and daughter's medical on 28th aug.. and i was shocked that i got the PPR1 in two weeks after the baby's medical!!! I am sure you will get it soon too.. its only been about ten days.. just have faith! and my e-cas still hasnt changed.. dont let it get to you.

Today i have completed 43 days and 6 weeks around but i have not received PPR2. Any wild guess? I already shoot 2 emails but havn't got any reply from LVO up till now so what to do.......This wait is killing me now.......

I doesn't metter whether the DD encashed or not, they can dispatch your MR. As many applicant received their MR and RPRF along with additional documents request.

It doesn't matter. They can encash the DD even after Medical done but it should be before PPR-1 . I checked mine last time after 2 months of medical done and till that time it was not being encashed.

Well in case of MI-1, I've observed that they are issuing PPR's according to the full document submission date. Priority has been given to older one's.
