my wife who is my sponsor for the family visa has become pregnant. The expected date of completion for my application is in July 2019. Do you think it would be beneficial for us to update the LVO of this news at this point or it might cause more delay and just let the process continue?

You should inform them and attach medical results as well, proving that the pregnancy is genuine
