you may start to consolidate your documents immediately, anyway you've been given 30days to submit them all.
there are also countries who cannot supply the exact documents as required by CIC, what the PA's doing were to give detailed justification why they cannot provide the requested document. Also, you may include your Payslip and bank statement showing your salary transfer, i believe that would too helps!

i applied my Canada immigration under PNP category, while my application received at CIC office in july 2014 while processing start in August 2014. i received my AOR in feb 2015, since then i am just waiting, in march 2016 i request GCMS notes and i got to know that my Visa office has been change from LVO to Islamabad, and still no activity is started like eligibility, criminality ,,,,,,,,,. can any one guide what should i do next.
i also want to update my visa office about my new job and address, do any one have idea about address on which i can update Islamabad office about my new location and phone no.

You should call this number - 1-888-242-2100 and try getting hold on any agent by pressing anyset of options. Once they answer your call explain the situation and they will transfer your call to further department.

Congratulations on your PPR. This is great news for all of us. I am very happy for you my friend.

I think you should start planning your landing immediately because your visa will be valid till January only.

Please, when you receive your visa, tell us if they made it valid till January or extended its validity beyond 1 year after medical.

In the ppr email it is written that "Your Permanent Resident document(s) will expire one year after the date of your medical examinations or earlier if your passport or the passports of your spouse or dependant children (if applicable) expire on an earlier date."


No chance of having any sort of extension....for the landing

Dear Brothers and (sisters, if anyone still exist there),

I got a message yesterday evening from Client Service Unit(This time not from DRD):-

"Your application is being reviewed by an immigration office and you will be contacted shortly. We appreciate your patience and to keep the correspondence to a minimum level". Strange thing is that previously two CSE in past two months and there was not reply from DRD. And now when I sent third CSE surprisingly after Friday prayer sent the CSE and got reply only after two hours.

And also I have sent the CSE to head office of CIC and got also there reply after 7-hours. That your file is under review and the responsible office will contact your shortly." Inshah Allah I shall receive the PPR soon. Request fro prayer from everyone.

This is first time that I got such a fast response from both sides.
