One of FSWP2014 applicant sent me his GCMS notes to me and following message on Whatsapp:-
Dear Brother Shahr Yaar,
I have already got Medical Request from LVO in 11th Jan 2016.
After receiving of medical request I got birth of child on 14th Jan 2016.
I made the birth certificate of child as well as "Manual Passport from Pakistan Embassy" for the child.
But since I did not have the medical request for new born child so therefore prior to informing to LVO I proceeded with upfront medical of new born child(based on manual passport)
Whereas other family members had already IME number and medical request from LVO so I did medical of all family members at the same time.
Since medical center was e-enabled therefore medical results got updated immediately within few days and I got "Medical Results Received Line" on 22nd Jan 2016.
At the same time I informed the LVO about the new born and adding of new born and on 29th Jan 2016 I sent all documents of adding new born to LVO. And after that when I got MRP(Machine-readable Passport of new born, I informed LVO of the same).
After that I linked my paper application that was submitted in 11th Nov 2016 to my online MyCIC account.
But what I noted that his "Medical Results" instead of showing "Passed" was showing "In Process".
I ordered recently GCMS notes which I have sent to you that were received on 19th Aug 2016 and surprised to see that all of the family members medical is declared as "Passed" whereas the new born medical is written as "Not Started".
Another surprising thing which I noted in "Assessments" on second page as under:-

Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: In Progress
And there is one update under groups as under on 29th June 2015 which is prior to 7-months of medicals. Please note that Medical Request from LVO was received in Jan 2016.:-

And on last pages of GCMS notes Visa Officer Notes are hidden under clauses Section S15(1) and S16(1)C
Could you explain that what could be the reason of this matter.
Please note I have submitted two identical applications and only difference is that I has included upgraded IELTS results in the second application to ensure the score more then 67 and in the end both application got approved because both secured more then 67 marks. Also in GCMS notes there are visa officer's note that "Both applications are awarded the same points by intake office, PA has offered the same employment and education evidence on both applications"
But immediately under that there are other notes which are hidden as per the clause Section S15(1) and S16(1)C and it is written "Add to Abu Interview Q". And this note is of Dated 2nd Sep 2015. (Point to note Medical Request was received 11th Jan 2016)
My question is that if they have decided for the interview in June 2015 then why did they sent medical request in Jan 2016. And also why there is no Interview Call during all these 14-months. Because it has completed more 14-months since they took the decision to include me in Abu Dhabi Interview Group in June 2015.
Could you please explain that what could be the reason, whereas I have a heavy online presence on LinkedIn and Facebook and my all details are online verifiable from all sources and from also physical verification because I also closely engaged in some commercial activities with regional Canadian Embassy in Middle East. And they occasionally visit me.
Another point to note that I have also not received any request for RPRF and Updated Schedule-A or updated PCC etc. Just only message being received since April 2016 from LVO is that "Your application is under review with an immigration officer and we appreciate your patience."
His visa officer is LBM.
